Our approach at Sunkum to starting a request
A return or exchange begins when you, contact us at Support@Sunkum.shop before sending the item. Once the request is approved, Sunkum will provide a prepaid return shipping label or an equivalent free return arrangement. The store pays the return shipping cost for approved no-reason returns and exchanges. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

The returned item should be packed safely with its included components and original packaging when reasonably possible. Customers may inspect an item as they would in a physical store, but they remain responsible for damage caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it. No restocking fee is charged.
